Whether you need to transport garden supplies, building materials, or a wheelchair, the BackPack platform provides additional storage space for all your items. To secure the load, the platform is equipped with eyelets and openings in the aluminum profile. The raised grab rail provides additional stability and fastening options. The diagonally ribbed structure of the sheet ensures excellent slip resistance.
But its versatility really sets the BackPack platform apart. It is part of the Back system and mounts easily on the BackCarrier. It also folds to allow convenient access to the trunk, so you never have to sacrifice convenience in favor of functionality.
BackPack and BackCarrier
For mounting, the separately available BackCarrier and a trailer hitch on your vehicle are needed. The BackCarrier can be purchased separately. The BackPack and Backcarrier are compatible with many different types of vehicles, so you can continue using them even if you switch cars
The 13-pin connector supplies the lighting system of the BackPack with power. Thus, all lights and turn signals can be used.
On VW buses with hinged rear doors, the doors can not be opened even with the BackPack folded down.
