Insulating cover of the windscreen
The windscreen cover is equipped with an insulating underside.The ability to keep cold winter air away from the large glass surface helps immensely to keep the climate inside the bus pleasant when the outside temperatures are low.
Perfect fit for the front doors
The window covers for the front doors are made of a light-proof yet lightweight fabric. It is double-worked so that it is pulled over the front doors like a hood. The windows between these layers of fabric can still be opened. A hinged gap on the outside of the hood then lets a lot of fresh air into the campervan. Insects stay out thanks to the mosquito net. The window covers not only ensure a comfortable climate, it also prevents condensation from forming on the inside of the windows after a night on the bus.
Another plus are the storage compartments on the inside, in which small items can always be kept within reach.
Everything tight even in the rain
The fabric is water-repellent. Even between the door and the roof rail, no moisture gets in. When it rains, the water simply rolls off the fabric. After a rainy night, you can usually just wipe off the window covers and pack them up. But if it has rained a lot or after snowfall, the fabric is damp on the outside. Then you can place the wet sides on top of each other and roll them loosely. This keeps the trunk largely dry. And as soon as the sun comes out, you put the pieces apart and they dry super fast:
The fabric is not UV-resistant. Strong sunlight can cause color changes.
Also for doors with wind deflectors
The covers are dimensioned in such a way that they can also darken front doors with wind deflectors.
How to protect yourself from unwanted sun rays, heat and cold:
Place the windshield cover flat on the windows. Attach them to the interior of the vehicle (A-pillar, into the door jamb) using the Velcro strips attached to the fabric.
To darken the front doors, open the driver's or passenger's door and put the respective cover over it. The SpaceCamper logo must always be on the outside in the upper corner. Pull the hood far down and attach it around the exterior mirror with Velcro.
Now you can open the window, set up the bars on the outside with Velcro and the bus will be happy about a portion of fresh air.
Pack Size
The side covers can be folded to about the size of a small DIN A4 sheet. The front window cover can also be folded up: due to the insulation layer, the package is only slightly thicker than the side panels.Additional Information
