Right of withdrawal for consumers

Cancellation policy for the purchase of all goods except haulage goods

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Waphi GmbH, Wiesenweg 59, 52072 Aachen, phone: 02407-5548676, eMail: service@spacecamper-shop.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. e-mail or letter) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees because of this reimbursement. We can refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier point in time. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods within Germany. The costs for returns from abroad are expressly not reimbursed by us.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
